- Get 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Eno.

- Take the semolina,gram flour & all the other ings & mix in a bowl. Except the Sesame seeds & eno
- Add the chopped dhania & fenugreek leaves & mix. Cover & Let this mixture stay covered for 2 hours
- After 2 hours mix again. Do a tempering of little whole cumin& curry leaves. Pour in the batter & add the eno. Mix vigorously so you get bubbles.
- Take the pan,in each bundt case put some sesame seeds. Then pour the batter in each case
- Once poured bake in a pre heated oven @160°c for 15-20 mins or till done
- Once cool remove from the pan, transfer to a plate & enjoy this yummy snack
